Fortis Arbor Wood Mosaics, produced by Flux Studios, are made from sustainably harvested bamboo, teak and rosewood. They also joined forces with a small furniture company, in order to utilize the wood scraps and pieces that were too small to use in the furniture making process. That not only means that these products are extremely sustainable and environmentally responsible, but they also look fantastic! They are a unique application of mosaic tile and provide something unexpected. With the tiles, you are also able to achieve a completely natural texture and look in any space such as a bathroom or kitchen.

We’re always excited to feature products and designs from Canada, therefore when I came across this spectacular chair (both sculptural and functional) my creativity was truly invigorated! The Magic Chair designed by Dripta Roy of PUUR Design Studio encompasses four chairs that perfectly nestle into one another. The option to contain or to expand is what makes this piece so functional for any space, but it’s the sleek and innovative use of molded wood that gives this chair that sexy appeal!
