Anyone who has been to Hong Kong knows that there are many many choices for places to eat.  There is definitely something for everybody here and depending on how much you want to spend, there are still so many choices.  I came across this hip and posh place called the Felix Bar.  Located in the prestigious Peninsula Hotel, its views are breathtaking and the decor by Philippe Starck amazing.
